Transport of an Unoperable Vehicle

I chose Specialty Mobile Systems based on reviews on this web site. I have no regrets and would use them again. There were cheaper options out there, but I wanted reliability, dependability, and quality.

There was about a week delay in picking up my vehicle as it was inoperable and Specialty Mobile was having trouble finding a carrier to get it. Then there was another 2 day delay as the transporter truck was delayed on the East Coast. I was not bothered by these delays as Specialty Mobile let me know ahead of time the problems that might crop up with inoperable cars.

But, then my car was delivered about 5 days early! I reccomend Specialty Mobile with no hesitation. Communication was good and the folks on the phone were always pleasant.
