I just had a great shipping experience with Specialty Mobile.
We just moved from overseas to Ohio and was slammed with getting settled and unpacking boxes. My husband calls and says can you schedule to have the truck picked up in California (at his mom's in CA)...okay, one more thing to do, no problem...so I start doing some research and find this great website.
After some research and getting numerous quotes (some that changed after scheduling booking)...so watch out for companies that give you automated email qoutes. So anyway, I decided to go with Specialty Mobile....I am so glad I did!! the price was exactly what they quoted!!
The truck was picked up without any problems...hubby's family did have to move the truck into the city (his parent's live way up in the hills, hard for a truck to make up) but, no problem...our driver (kenny) was super....he was in contact with myself and my mother in law and kept us up to date w/ info. the truck was scheduled to be picked up on Friday but, the driver called my MIL and said he would not be there till Saturday....it was no problem for her and the pickup went super smooth.
the truck was scheduled for delivery (in Ohio) for the following Friday....I figured I would hear something on Saturday (because the p/u was a day later) but nope, the driver called me Thursday night and said he was in Indiana and would deliver tomorrow morning (Friday). The delivery was perfect and now the truck is sitting in the driveway in Ohio.
Of all the things I had to do for the move to Ohio, this was one of the easiest things to accomplish!! thank you so much!!!
