I needed to transfer an oversized SUV from one corner of the country to the other, and I am very pleased with how smoothly everything went. SMS had excellent customer service and prompt responses. They sent a carrier service called Sochi Express to do the transporting. The driver was very nice and helpful when he arrived to pick up my car. He was one day later than I expected, but he made sure to keep in contact with me to let me know when he could arrive. This was the first time I used an auto transport service, and I would definitely go through this company again for future needs. The price was good, and the service was far better. The SUV arrived in the same condition as it left. I ended up paying a $195 deposit, then $1100 COD after the car was delivered to its destination.
