I realize that not everyone's experience will be like mine, but I just had to share. This past Monday the 15th I was in dire straits, the transport company that was suppose transport my car, hadn't even picked it up. Also, understand this - the other transport company has had my paper work and commitment since the evening of Thurs. the 4th. They told me 1-5 days to pick up - not a problem - it didn't happen. I take a couple of hours of my day and just start calling other auto transport people because I have to atleat have it pickup by Wed. to not start accruing storage charges. One of those call was to Tommy at Specialty Mobile, I tell him my very long winded story and he says let me see what I can do. No lies, no promises just the truth considering the time frame. I kid you not - He called me back in less then 2 hours, says I found someone to pick it up before Wed. Actually the person picked up my car on Tues. afternoon and delivered it to me Thurs night. WOOOW!!!! Just wanted to say THANKS TOMMY!!!
