This was my first time using a transport compnay and also my first time doing an EBay purchase of a vehicle. The quote was prompt and right in the middle of the pack .. not the least expensive but not the most expensive. They arranged the hauler within just a few days which was a big relief. This review site was helpful in making my selection; they seem to have a great track record on here. Once I was contacted by the hauler, Specialty Mobile was done and the remaining arrangements were done with the hauler. A follow up call was made to me by Specialty to be sure everything turned out well; I told them that RAM Transport was extremely good and right on time. Once I placed the order, I believe it was only 2 days until the hauler was arranged. THe vehicle was picked up 5 days later and delivered 5 days after that. The whole event was complete well withintheir expected timeline and every promise was kept 100%.
