Fantastic! I entered my quote online at 12PM on Wednesday, talked with an associate at 12:30PM, received a call at 5:30PM saying they had found a carrier, got a call at 6:00PM saying they were going to pick up the car. The only concern was that at 7PM the driver said he would have the car to us in the morning. We knew this wasn't the case since it was a 20 hour drive. We ended up getting the car at 8 PM on Thursday. It would have been eariler but the driver said he had two flat tires along the route (and showed us the evidence). Still, we were expecting the whole process to be a 10 day ordeal, not a next day transaction, so we were thrilled! All in all it was a great experience. Dee, the associate was fantastic and friendly. We had a great conversation!
