pickup was smooth, i was given a heads-up call in advance of the pickup day to confirm. i was also given a heads up for the delivery day. the truck drivers of Pioneer Auto Express that i got were both nice and honest. my integra arrived in more or less the same condition i left it. the only strange thing was a burning-like oil smell, but i attribute that to the oil being shifted around during the shipping (the smell went away after a week of driving). the only inconvenience i had was when i was picking up my car, i had to go out of my way to the next town over to get it. other than that, everything was great! would definitely recommend.
