I had to ship a car from Florida to Oregon and had never done this before. After getting quotes from many companies and hearing many horror stories I contracted with one who, after 10 days, still had not picked up the car and wasn't returning my messages (until I fired them that is). The second company I hired I later found out had one of the worst records in the business. Fired them too. I contacted Ben at Specialty Mobile Systems and told him about my trouble finding a reliable transporter. He was so helpful and sincere (though I remained skeptical after the previous two experiences). He called me back within the hour and said my car would be picked up within 24 hours. It was picked up the next morning! I received it a week later in the same condition it was shipped in and the driver was very nice and easy to deal with. I was a wreck worrying about my car and thanks to Ben, Specialty Mobile and the driver, everything worked out perfectly. I cannot recommend this transport company highly enough! Thank you!!
