Specialty Mobile provided very reliable service. My car was picked up 3 days after I made the initial call to them. The car made it from Philadelphia to San Francisco in 6 days. Their quote was a bit higher than others ($1195), but it was worth the extra money. They were honest and helpful. I called twice to inquire about the status of the car as it was being transported. Specialty Mobile contacted the carrier (Pioneer, also very good) and got back to me within 5 minutes with an update on the car's location and estimated delivery date/time. There was coastal flooding in California so the car arrived 1/2 day later than expected due to highway closings. They kept me informed all the while of the location of the car, the name and contact info of the driver, and worked with my schedule. Dee and Amy provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Specialty Mobile to anyone wishing to transport their car across the country.
