Great to work with. '08 Audi A4 mint condition was shipped. From initial contact to delivery - and beyond, great service. The car was picked up promptly, arrived a day early, and had no signs of any damage whatsoever. The transport vehicle was a typical open transport, and my car was on the top, rear-most position, which, to me, was ideal for transport (no stuff dropping down from other cars above), and easy to disembark from the transport. Very happy, definitely recommend SMS over other internet providers. Great communication is the key, and they do this very well. SMS even called post-delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory. Superior job!
