I worked through Montway who presumably booked this carrier to pick up my car in Ohio and deliver to Minnesota.

I received an indication it would be picked up on Monday and it was.

Delivery was supposed to be Thursday.

Instead, Brad called me on Tuesday and delivered my car!

It was clean and flawless. Brad's communication was great. I was able to get an idea as to when he would arrive and he was very patient as we needed to find a place to unload in the city.

Overall, incredible experience. I would use this carrier again anytime!
