Not so great job!

I was promised a pickup within 4 to 10 days and I think in the end it was almost a month!
They were always great with communication, Cory was very friendly but it really sucked that it took so long to arrange a transport to pick up and deliver the car. I missed a key track event due to the delay.
Overall I don't know if I would use them again. On the other hand, I dont know if any of the others are any better.
Just my bad luck I guess.

We at Specialty Mobile apologize for this customer’s unpleasant experience. As a general rule we work with a pickup window of an estimated 1 – 10 days, and after pickup delivery is 10 – 14 days; under normal circumstances the entire transport process can take 3 weeks. We diligently worked to locate a carrier to transport this vehicle; however, due to the location of the destination of this vehicle it surpassed the original estimation. Due to the nature of the transport business in general, several challenges can present themselves. We strive to do all in our power for things to go as smoothly as possible considering many variables. Our number one priority is a safe and secure move.
