SMS transported my VW Beetle Covertible from FL to TX. SMS personnel were very friendly and very reliable in setting up the move. Outsourced to shipper that had truck troubles so ppick up was delayed about 4 days. Vehicle shipped right on time (actually 1 day early) after delay was cleared up. Dispatch number given to me had lady who was very friendly and stayed in contact with me as to the location of the truck. On arrival, vehicle was loaded exactly as promised (top load facing forward-convertible). Took driver about 30 minutes to manuever all cars around to get mine off-loaded, but he did so with a great attitude. Vehicle was pristine just like I bought it and I noticed that driver took EXTREME caution when moving cars all the way to making sure he had no grease or dirt on him before he got into a car. Overall experience was very pleasant and I would and will use SMS the next time I need vehicle shipping. Thanks!!!
