Good honest company!

I had once been burned with another company and I came to Speciality Mobile because of the good reviews I had read and the decent quote I was offered. I came to them hoping to ship my Cadillac from California to North Carolina. I was told by Dee that it could take up to 10 days for them to find a carrier. I hadn't heard from them after a few days and I called for an update. They told me they were still working on it. After the 10 days came and gone, I called again and spoke directly with Dee. She informed me that they still haven't found a carrier, but since my 10 days were up, they would refund the money if I wanted to. Seeing that it has taken me over 2 months (using 2 companies), I decided to cancel and flight out myself and drive the car back. Dee was VERY up front and honest with me, she didnt feed me any lies and apologized for not finding me a carrier. I appreciate the efforts that were made by the company and their honesty. If I need another car shipped, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (hopefully they will find a carrier next time). :)
