Let me start by saying Natasha is awesome! Little did she know what she was in for when she answered my call---I had been trying to ship a modified/oversized vehicle for 2 MONTHS with 2 other companies with much frustration and no success ( AAA-Anytime and DAS). It's not like I was going with really cheap bids either. I had no idea it was going to be so difficult...well, it didn't have to be---I SHOULD HAVE STARTED WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Essentially, I told Natasha I understood all the lines of explanation I was getting from the other companies ( it's oversized, fuel prices are high, etc) and then asked her "Please, just tell me what is it going to take to get my vehicle shipped?" Instead of some type of pat/standard line that I was getting from other companies, I got "let me make some calls". Yup, you read right, she didn't pull something out of thin air to placate me, she did some research for me!!

Now, she calls me back the next day with what she thinks is bad news---she has talked to one of their longtime carriers (Conyers Trucking) and they won't touch it for less than $2000 and couldn't pick-up until April 30th with delivery May 10th. (It was April 22nd at the time). While it was a bit more than the $1600 of the original quote, I wasn't terribly surprised--after all, I had been trying to get this shipped for 2 MONTHS on a bids of $1500-$1700 with the other companies and no success. Also, I didn't think those dates were bad--again, been waiting 2 MONTHS!! So, I asked Natasha if she could talk to another carrier and see if anything cheaper was possible---she said "yes, absolutely"(no pause/hesitation, no "are you sure", no snideness, etc.) About 5 minutes after hanging up, I called her back and said "forget it, let's just get this booked" and she was on it. She called the carrier back to make sure he was still available, then called me back to ask if I could e-mail some pics of the vehicle so the carrier could see what he was dealing with (hmmm, good thinking---I was impressed that people were thinking/planning ahead and not just worried about taking money). She proceeded to make more calls and got everything situated....

The rest is now history---the carrier was true to his word regarding dates---in fact, he came in the evening before his due date (he was more than willing to wait until the next day if that was a problem). He called me while on route at 2/3 days before delivery and several times on the day of actual delivery to keep me posted as to his whereabouts. The vehicle was in great shape---a little road grime, but to be expected on an open carrier. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
