I was very susprised to get the phone call just 4 days after the car was picked up. The delivery was seamless and the driver very friendly. The office people were very friendly and helpfull. My car was a hard one since it did not run, but the guys at SMS didn't seam to mind. Nor did the driver when we had some difficulties getting the car off. Overall a very good experiance. Would use again.
