When our daughter had to have her car transported from Ohio to California last year, she did a ton of research beforehand and finally settled on Specialty Mobile Systems. She was extremely pleased with the service provided and the condition of her car after it arrived. So when my husband and I had to choose a car transporter for ourselves this month, we automatically went with SMS, too. We're so glad we did. The customer service was not only friendly and helpful, but prompt and efficient, too. The driver was also very friendly and helpful, although the only glitch was that he picked up our car a few days earlier than scheduled. It ended up not being a problem after all since the car was ready, but I would have preferred that it be picked up as originally scheduled as to avoid any confusion. (FYI: SMS' dispatch service did help us out tremendously when this happened, and Amy did promise to talk to the driver to avoid this being repeated in the future.) Other than that, we were again very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend SMS to others considering a top-notch car transporter. We would definitely use them again ourselves.
