This is second time I have used Specialty Mobile Systems withn a span of approximately one and half years. The pick up was within the specified time frame , however the communications of the exact pick up time were not forthcoming. I made calls to the driver after the first target days , a Saturday and Sunday had passed. The driver was delayed 2 days on the pick up of the vehicle. Everything else was fine. After the vehicle was picked up the trip was fast and the communications by the driver to the destination point of contact were often and adjusted for time accordingly. The vehicle arrived in the same condition as it was when turned over at pickup. I have no reservations recommending this comapny and I would use them again.
