I had never transported a vehicle before. Reading the online reviews was, to say the least, a scary experience. So many carriers had terrible reviews, which concerned me since I wanted to transport an antique 1929 Model A Ford Roadster, and I would need an "Enclosed Carrier" due to the age of the car and the fact that it is a convertible.

I came across "Specialty Mobile Systems" and was quite pleased to see so many extremely positive reviews. I requested an Online Quote for an "enclosed carrier" on a Thursday. Natasha Peterson called me the next day (Friday) to confirm my order, review any details and answer questions I might have. She was knowledgable, polite, informative and overall made me feel that I had selected the best carrier. My Antique Ford was picked up the following Monday and delivered to my driveway on Tuesday. The entire process from order placement to delivery was only 5 days, from Georgia to Pennsylvania! Specialty Mobile Systems uses their own carriers, or brokers to outside reliable carriers. The actual transport was accomplished by "Angel Wings Transport" of Barnesville, Georgia. Chad Misere, the driver, was extremely competant and careful, treating my car as if it were his own. I was very pleased with Chad's performance. I couldn't have received better care and service if I had moved the car myself. I would rate "Specialty Mobile Systems" as a 5 Star Performer in all regards. Although their price is higher than other carriers, it is definitely worth it if you care about what is being transported. My experience was all positives and no negatives. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again for any transport needs.
