What GREAT service! On Aug 22, 2005, I requested a quote for carrier of a non-operable car in storage in Pennsylvania to Illinois. From the 1st moment, their communication was great. On Aug 23 I agreed to the cost and by Aug 24, I had a committed carrier who called me 3 times while on the way. Due to unforeseen road issues very close to my home, beyond anyone's control (huge traffic incident) the carrier was kind enough to wait until he could deliver. Early morining Aug 26, I got the car and Paul was very professional and knew what he was doing. For me the price of $995 was not too high because other companies would not touch an inoperable car. I recommend Specialty Mobile Systems to everyone! I got my car in under 4 days from 1st communication with this company. I will use them again.
