Specialty Mobile Systems gets great reviews for a reason. Last year I transported a car for the first time, and picked a company that sounded good, but now I see really doesn't have many satisfied customers. Last year, I endured weeks of waiting, and excuses--the driver broke his leg, the son is driving and has never done this before, the driver doesn't want to come to the house, etc. This year, no extended waiting, no excuses, a professional driver, and a very quick turn-around. Yes, it was more expensive, but gas is too! The staff at Specialty Mobile listened to my concerns, and they followed up on everything and unlike last year, they returned my calls promptly.
