very quick service

The process of picking the vehicle up and delivering it was quick and smooth, even faster than I had expected. The communication between me and the broker was a little suspect, but I guess the quick turn around made up for it.

I faxed my order form in on Monday, and was told that someone would get in touch with me as soon as a carrier was assigned to my vehicle. Never heard back from anyone, the seller of the vehicle actually called me Friday night to tell me that the car had been picked up and was on the way to me. The driver had mentioned to the seller that he would be delivering it to me on Sunday.

The one and only communication I got was from the driver when he phoned me on Sunday and was 3 hours away from the delivery point. I was originally told that the driver would contact me at least 12-24 hours prior to the actual delivery. Again, this was not a big problem for me but the communication could have been better.

The long and short of it: The vehicle arrived in less than 48 hours after being picked up, it was in A1 condition and I'm certainly happy with the service and would use them again. A little better communication and this would be a 10 rating out of a possible 10. The driver was also very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend Specialty Mobile Systems to anyone!!

From the time I gave S.M.S my order, I received the vehicle in less than 1 week total. It was in Florida, and it was transported to Vermont. I did receive a follow up phone call from S.M.S. on the following Tuesday asking how the service was?

I spent coutless hours online researching (and reading horror stories) about all the different brokers and carriers. I'm glad that I selected S.M.S. and I'm sure you will too!
