Last week on Monday, September 19, 2005, after extensive research, I decided to hire Specialty Mobile Systems to move my Subaru Impreza WRX from Miami to Cambridge, MA. My car was picked up on Wednesday, September 21st, and delivered early on Saturday, September 25.
From the first phone call to Specialty Mobile Systems, to the delivery of my vehicle, the service was impeccable. Don Ferris and Dee Taylor at the home office and Dennis Gosney, the driver of the carrier, were all very polite, curtious, and helpful. Dennis stayed in touch with me during the entire period and kept me informed.
This could not have been a more unproblematic and straightforward experience. It is great to see that companies like this still exist in the moving business.
