Every aspect of this transaction was superb. The initial communications with Rachel and Dee were clear, detailed and friendly. They were just wonderful to talk to! J&S Trucking provided the moving services, and it was a pleasure working with Sherry and Jim. They were always available by phone to answer my questions and keep be apprised along the way. My car arrived in perfect condition, filled with the containers of clothing and books my college grad daughter was shipping home with the car. Nothing had been disturbed. Other than dust and dirt that collected along the way, the car looked great. Thanks you so very much to everyone involved with Specialty Mobile Systems!!!
