I went through 2 other transport companies that failed to get the job done, SMS was the last I tried and should have been the first I called.
My Dodge RAM needed to get from Iowa to Washington state and it seemed every broker I tried had me sitting around waiting for a pickup that never happened. I called SMS as a last resort before going out and driving the truck back myself. They had the truck scheduled for a pickup within 3 days and on it's way to me in 4. Total delivery time was only 4 days with the trucking company they contracted with.
Happy with their service, happy with the follow through, happy with the driver used to deliver, etc. Will certainly use them again in the future.
