I transported my car from Rhode Island to California with another company and had a horrible experience. The car was picked up late, and delivered a month late. I used Specialty Mobile for the return trip from California to Rhode Island and the difference was astonishing. Specialty Mobile worked with me closely, allowing me to leave the car at a local repair shop lot when I could not be present for the pickup. They delivered within the time frame we had agreed upon practically to my door, the car was in fine shape, and I had the cell phone number of the driver all the time, so we could keep in touch. Given rising gas prices, I felt the price was fair. I also appreciated that when I called I always was able to talk to someone and was not put on hold or given the run-around as with the other company I used. I would most definitely recommend Specialty Mobile, and I would use them again. They proved to me that there are still honest, straight-dealing companies in the US, and believe me, when you get an honest deal at a fair price with excellent customer service, it does more than provide satisfaction at the transaction, it restores your faith in humanity.
