I recently hired Specialty Mobile Systems to transport a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic from my home in Tucson, Arizona to my son who is serving with the US Navy in Norfolk, VA.

I was very pleased with Specialty Mobile. Early on while getting quotes, I communicated with them via email and every email was promptly responded to.

Once I narrowed my search, I began communicating with them by phone. While firming up my plans, I spoke with several people in their offices and each and every one of them was informative, courteous, and engaging.

One thing that impressed me was how each employee I spoke with could answer my questions without having to ask their superior. This fact alone sent my confidence metor soaring!

I paid attention to Specialty Mobile when they told me the car would be picked up close to a certain date so I wasn't put off when the pick up happened five days beyond the estimated date. I will tell you, the car was delivered on the exact predicted date for which my son was grateful.

I recommend getting the transport truck driver's cell phone number and use it to get updates from him.

I recommend meeting the transport truck in a large parking lot for ease of loading and unloading of the car. My driver called me when he was an hour away and I gave him directions to where I would meet him. My son did the same thing on his end.

All-in-all I could not have been happier.
