We apologize for this customer’s poor experience and understand the customer’s frustration.
Specialty Mobile will act as a liason when there is unfortunate damages to a vehicle. We provide information to the customer for the carrier, and at that point the issue is in the hands of the customer, the carrier and the insurance company. However, this review was the first that we have heard of this situation.
