I had never sent a car cross contry before and therefore was quite scared since i had just purchased the vehicle three months prior. I went through the BBB and looked up several car transport businesses and Specialty Mobile Systems caught my attention due to their good review. They gave me a good price and once i made my car available was contacted by Don with a pick up date. Once they picked up my car it took them approximately 9 days to get it to Massachusetts. Futhermore, within the nine days in which my baby (the car) was out of my physical reach...Don and Rachel were wonderful in keeping me updated with the location of my car. I was able to talk to a real person at all times and never, never... got an answering machine. I highly recommend their services...and if i had to send any car anywhere in the future they would be my number one pick... Thanks
