Hi my name is Dawn and I just want ya'll to know how my experience with Specialty Moblie went. After reviewing all of the customer reviews on this site, good and bad, I was ready to drive my car back to Florida myself. This is how scared I was because of such mixed reviews. I had written down at least 20 companies and somehow I decided on Specialty Mobile. I called and spoke to Amy at length, told her my concerns and my expectations. I , like I said was scared to death to put my son's car in their hands as this will be his only transportation. After talking to Amy on several occasions, I felt that I had to bite the bullet and because she made me feel better about my decision to go with her company, I signed the contract and away we went. She assigned two drivers, John and Jerry with BIG T Trucking to pick up and deliver my car. I met them and felt as if I had known them all my life. The were down to earth and very professional. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole trip and even gave me their cell phone number. My car arrived to my son in Florida just as it looked when I sent it. As you probably know by now, I was a nervous wreck while it was in transport, but was totally relieved to know that it arrived fine and safely. People, you may think that good reviews come from people that are paid to write one, but not in this case. I WOULD RECOMMEND SPECIALTY MOBILE AND BIG T TRUCKING TO EVERYONE. THEY ARE FABULOUS!!!! They put my mind at ease, a single mom. If your in doubt, use Specialty Mobile and ask for Big T trucking. This is no crap, you can email me and I will tell you the same thing as I am right now. Thank you sooooooo much Specialty Mobile and Big T trucking.
