After doing quite a bit of research, I was overwhelmed with the number of carriers, brokers etc. I finally started to get quotes and compared what I received to the company ratings. This company was not the absolute cheapest, but they were close and had one of the best records of performance. I spoke to Amy and Denise (Cheeseheads from Wisconsin) who set up the shipment. They were so pleasant and fun, I felt comfortable with their genuiness immediately. I explained that this vehicle was going to my 83 year old father in law and I couldn't have someone less than conscientious make the delivery. Since the delivery was set up for a weekend the girls called me and said a driver would be available immediately if I wished. I arranged for a friend to meet the driver for me as I was out of town. He was so impressed with the driver and the care he showed to the vehicle, he told me not to worry about a thing. My father in law was as impressed with the driver and the promptness of the delivery. I can say without reservation, this was a pleasurable experience. I insisted on making this critique available because I want to support good old fashion customer service at a reasonable price.
