I recently needed to transport a Honda Civic to a family member in Seattle. After reviewing numerous auto transport brokers, I chose Specialty Mobile Systems. The quote was reasonable and in the same range as most companies. I was leary of extremely low bids. The lower bid companies pretty much harassed me once they sent me a quote. The people I spoke to at Specialty Mobile Sysytems were courteous and informative.

Two days after placing the order, the trucking company (Auto Trans Experts, LLC.) picked up the car. The drivers were friendly and efficient (all about getting the job done). I received updates from Dee at Specialty Mobile Systems every two days. This was important to me since I had never transported a vehicle cross country. The car arrived in Seattle eight days later with the driver delivering it at the specified time.

The whole experience went well. I would highly recommend Specialty Mobile Systems to anyone considering transporting their vehicle. Especially to those who are new to this venture. They understand that there is a certain amount of owner anxiety in shipping a vehicle. They hooked me up with a top notch trucking company. I would not hesitate to use them again.
