I was very pleased with the service provided by both Specialty Mobile (Broker) and American Auto Transport (Transporter). After arranging pickup/delivery schedules with Specialty Mobile's rep, my vehicle was picked up in Washington on the requested date and was in Virginia 4 days ahead of the estimated delivery date. I was able to get an in-transit status on my shipment from AAT, and AAT's driver called to give me a 1 day advance notification of delivery time. When the carrier picked up my car, a thorough exterior inspection was made with any/all scratches, dents, etc noted on the invoice. Although dirty from the cross-country trip, my vehicle arrived without any additional scratches, nicks, dents, etc.
I would recommend both of these companies to anyone requiring a relocation of a vehicle.
