This was my first auto transport. I wasn't aware of the 10 day window for pickup, but othewise, everything was explained clearly. Specialty Mobile set me up with an excellent transporter (Sooner Auto Transport). I asked the driver to do some fairly specific things and everything was done excactly as asked. Updates were given on a regular basis on the status of the transport. In the end, I got a great price and my car was moved without a single problem.
