SMS were very good to deal with although it is important to know that they are a broker. They contracted my job to Platinum Auto Transport. The car was transported effeciently and safely. Our only issue was with the billing department that contacted us in the middle of the night in CA demanding payment before delivery of the vehicle. This was unecessarily stressful given that we were told that a check on delivery would be sufficient. Platinum could definately have a more professional back office.

This customer’s statement is correct; we are a broker as well as a carrier. Corry has been in contact with them to stress to them that this unprofessionalism will not be tolerated. We will continue to provide customer service that our customers expect and deserve. Amy/Specialty Mobile
