My car was to be shipped from Miami to LA. I was very satisfied with the courteous and
professional treatment from SMS. I faxed an agreement and was immediately contacted. They called me bvack in 1/2 hour and said that ClassAuto, a trucker could pick my car up in 2 hours and would deliver the car on 12/1 in L.A.

I was given the driver's cell phone number. i called the driver on 11/30 and was told that there had been a delay caused by his having to wait for a car. He said that he would be in NM on 12/1, Las Vegas on 12/2, and LA on 12/3. My car was delivered at noon on12/3. It was clean and damage-free. trucking company was The driver was polite and showed expertise in handling the car. After the initial unforeseen delay, the driver had kept to a promised time.

I would use Specialty for any future moving needs. Their service and choice of trucker was
excellent. The price was among the lowest.
