Speciality Mobile Systems was very professional to deal with from beginning to end and even made a follow-up call after the move was finished. They volunteered to assist if there were any problems we incurred with the transport company. As it turned out that was not necessary. Our Subaru Legacy GT was delivered in good condition with one exception: the wind break on the sun roof blew off; the driver called that to our attention, demonstrating excellent honesty. We were able to settle the issue on the spot. If you ship a car in an open carrier that has a rear spoiler or vent for a sun roof, make sure the care is shipped in the forward direction. The carrier used was Flying M Enterprises; I was very pleased with them in spite of the damage because of their integrity.
