Specialty Mobile - great job, would use again

Although we had gotten quotes for somewhat lower prices, we felt most comfortable with Specialty Mobile Sytems. They are a family operation and we felt that their commitment to good customer service would be better than someone who was "just doing a job." Our experience proved that we were correct in our assumption.
As this was our first time shipping a car, we called Specialty a number of times to ask questions, get updates, etc. At various times we spoke to Amy, Dee (Denise?), and even the "Old Man". Many times they called us to keep us apprised of what was going on. They found a great carrier, Hans On Transport, out of Pennsylvania. Although there were some weather-related delays, our car was picked up in New York and delivered to Bellevue, Washington within a reasonable time frame.
We were very pleased with Specialty Mobile and with Hans On Transport and would recommend both of them.
