I live in Minnesota and contacted Amy at Specialty Mobile Systems (SMS) requesting help shipping my wife's Yellow VW Beetle to AZ. The whole experience from first contact to final delivery at destination took 7 days. The company that actually transported the car was D& N Serviices and I found their driver, Jeff to be easy to work with. I briefly called Jeff every day on his cell while he was on the road just to make sure he wasn't encountering delays due to weather or mechanical. The truck and trailer were first class.

If I had a question for SMS, Amy was very good at returing my calls in a timely matter. I asked for several references of recent customers and when I called them, I found them to be very open and honest with their own experience with SMS.

I would recommend Amy and SMS to you without any reservations.
