Specialty Mobile is a great company committed to meeting the needs of their customers. We had shipped a car once before with a different company and were very disappointed. This time we went with Specialty Mobile, which came recommended from ditymovers.com. The service was very prompt and friendly and we made our deposit. Many of you know that in this business, the customer service often ends the minute you've made your deposit and can't back out. We were assigned a carrier right away, but after talking directly with that carrier we were not satisfied. The carrier wanted us to meet him in a city 100 miles from our destination, and this was unacceptable to us. We called Specialty Mobile back and they were very apologetic and surprised that the driver had asked us to meet him somewhere other than our destination. They were committed to finding us a new carrier that would meet our needs, and within an hour we were reassigned to another carrier, which was fantastic and very accommodating. Our car was picked up and delivered right on time. We will definitely use Specialty Mobile again. Their customer service does not end until you are satisfied.
