Great First Experience

This was the first time that I had a car shipped and it went far better than I expected. I tried to do as much research online as possible and until I came across this site I didn't find anything giving any type of reviews on the different transporters/brokers. After reading quite a few of the reviews it became apparent that people had either a delivery with no issues or it was a complete nightmare. I initially selected Specialty Mobile Systems not only because they had the best reviews, but they seemed to have the fewest nightmare stories. What sold me though was that they have excellent customer service and eveytime I called someone answered the phone right away and was very helpful. It took a couple days to schedule a pickup (but actual time was under the average) and then average time to deliver the car. I only wish that the car wasn't delivered at night since it was harder to see if there was any potential damage.

Overall it was money well spent and very good experience. I will use them again in the future.
