Specialty Mobile were wonderful..Everyone was courteous and patient with this first time shipper. Everything they said was accurate. However, even though they are a shipper as well as a broker...they contracted this trip out to another carrier. They said they only use carriers that have a good track record, and I believe them.(Or at least they try to ) Here lies the problem....The carrier called my pickup contact and told them they would pickup at 10:00 pm. My contact said unacceptable so the carrier said they would come the next day....they showed up at 12:00 midnight!!!!! Then they called me for delivery at 3:00 pm and said they would be here in 4 or 5 hours....they showed up at 3:00 am IN THE MORNING! Here's why this is important to you.....always inquire what the deliveery time and pickup will be and establish your parameters! I would definitely use Specialty Mobil again!
