this was my first time using a transport company. i did a lot of research and was scared to death after talking to some companies and reading other review sites. i have to say that my mind was put to ease after reviewing this site and speaking with this company. beaware when companies bad mouth other companies. i felt better when i spoke to specialty and they simply stated what they do, talked a bit about their company and that was it. plain and simple. i guess when you are number one on a site that is all you have to do. i would highly recommend this company. everyone was helpful and professional. i was pleased with the amount of time it took from the time i placed the order to the time the truck was delivered(5 days!!!! i was expecting 10 days). dobbs transporters were great and friendly. they waited patiently while my husband and i inspected the truck. no pressure. everyone at specialty that i spoke with were professional. the one person who stood out was dee. this woman is professional, friendly, personable and in my opion is a great asset to specialty. my advice: go with this company, the price is not always an issue, safe transporting is what you want, cheap is not always best. thanks specialty!!!!!! to this review site also a big thanks!!!!
