My experience with Specialty Mobile Systems was great, but perhaps not typical. A few hours after filling out the internet order form I was called by a very friendly rep from the company. She advised me that they would be outsourcing the actual move with another company, which I knew would be the case for my moving locations. Later in the afternoon I received another call that they could pick the vehicle up that night and I would have it delivered in a few days. I couldn't believe the luck. The vehicle pickup was late at night, near 10PM, but I can't complain since it was only 12 hours after I first spoke to the representative. The delivery was two days later and the vehicle was in great condition. In a previous move with another carrier I had a vehicle delivered with some rock dings, but no issues this time and it was an open carrier. I really appreciated having someone at SMS whom I could call if needed (not that I needed to), and they were very professional and fast. Definitely would use again!
