Specialty Mobile was courteous and responsive. I was very satisfied working with them. The only reason I cannot score my experience with them as perfect was not due to them directly but because of some minor issues with the carrier, West Coast Auto Transportation. When they were within an hour of my house, the driver called and asked that I meet him about 20 miles from my home. I was only able to do this because my wife and I were both home at the time and could drive a second car with us. When the car reached Eugene Oregon, West Coast Auto Transportation, called my daughter who was recieving the vehicle, and asked her to travel about 6 miles from her apartment to pick up the car, because they were "running behind schedule". Since my daughter had no transporation available, she insisted that they deliver the car to her, and after several phone calls the car was finally delivered to her place of work several hours later. In the end everything worked out fine -- the car was delivered as advertised with no damage and we are very satisfied. However, since the service is advertised as "door-to-door service" I didn't think it was proper for them to insist that we go out of our way to deilver and pick up the car. I have to say, however, that to their credit, West Coast Auto Transportation Customer Service (Vera and Denise) was also very courteous and responsive.
