I found Specialty Mobile Systems through transportreviews.com and decided to use them to move my car after talking with a number of other brokers. Although they were not the least expensive, I worked with them because I was impressed by their customer service. Amy answered all of my questions about the process, provided information I needed about the carrier, and promptly responded to my calls.

The car was picked up in California on the exact date promised. The driver was professional and thoroughly examined my car. It was delivered promptly in Massachusetts eight days later. The delivery driver called the night before to plan an exact delivery time and location. When I arrived the car was off the truck ready and waiting for me.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Amy and everyone at Specialty Mobile Systems and would definitely use their service again.
