I used Specialty Mobile Systems to move my brand new Toyota Sienna minivan from Maryland to Texas. I was very nervous because I had read horror stories about other transport companies, including the one I had initially planned to use. Anyway, after finding this site, I requested quotes from SMS and several other companies. SMS was the most expensive, but I decided to go with them because of the excellent reviews and the fact that the carrier would receive so much money, I thought someone would take the job quickly.

After buying my car on Saturday, I contacted SMS and was told they needed me to enter my info online or by fax. I wanted to get it in so Saturday could count as my "first day available", but I was told I wouldn't be contacted until Monday--turns out there was a family wedding. Monday morning I promptly received a call from Dee. She said that my car should be picked up within 10 days and then once it was picked up, delivered within 10 days. I was a little concerned, because I really wanted my minivan, but decided to go with my instinct that this was the best company for the job. I was thrilled to receive a call LATER THAT DAY saying my van would be picked up in the morning! The next week, my van was delivered right on time.

I highly recommend this company! It may cost a little more, but it is worth the peace of mind while waiting for your vehicle to be delivered.
