I picked SMS based on the reviews on this site. From first contact to last contact, these guys are honest and helpful and competent. I was nervous about shipping my car for the first time, but these guys were obvious professionals and knew what they were doing, which eased my mind.

My car was picked up a day late, basically came the next morning. Not a big deal. The car was delivered a day before it was due. That worked out well for me cause it was at night after work. The whole time I knew that if anything was seriously wrong, I could call SMS and they would take care of it

The driver they contracted to job out to was a real nice guy, he called me a few hours before dropping off and made sure he had the right directions. I think I called him back like 4 times to keep checking to see how close he was and he didn't mind at all. Car was fine, no problem expect that it needed a car wash from the trip cross country, which I expected would be the case. He did not ask me for any extra money, as SMS had promised me was their strict policy.

Overall, I was very happy with SMS and confidently recommend them. The only drawback was the price, which was $100 more than other quotes I received. The peace of mind was worth it, but next time I might see if some other highly rated firms can offer a more competitive price.
