Don, the owner of SMS, is a very honest person and businessman. He broke down all the info I needed and answered my questions with confidence. His crew members were also very helpful and prompt. Don gave me a quote of $1080( from SF, CA to Boston, MA) which was a little more expensive than the other companies, but I'll tell you it's well worth it! I felt that it was going to be a gamble with other companies, but with SMS I had no fear.

I had my car picked up on Sunday the 22nd of August. SMS told me that I would get my car 8 days later on the 30th. I called the truckers on the 25th to find out where my car was, and they told me that they were in Massachusetts already. The next day, they called me to set up a time for pickup. I was so delighted!!! I even changed the location of the drop off and it was not even a big deal to them. I had no new damages from the transporation except for the expected massive amount of bugs from the drive. I would totally recommend SMS to anyone and everyone who wants a honest, fast and reliable auto transport. Good job you guys!!!
