After reading at different survey sights about experiences with auto transport, I was sick to my stomach trying to decide which company to use since I was basically picking from the best of the worst. It appeared that a person had a 50/50 chance of their car being transported with ease and there were plenty of nightmare stories out there. Then, by chance I found this web site and SMS was top of the list and they had numerous raves about their service. More than any where else I found on the internet. I sent for a quote on Monday and within a couple of hours they replied. Their quote was higher than most that were in the range of 700.00. I called my hubby at work and told him that although the price was higher, I felt confident with SMS, unlike the other businesses I had read about so he said go for it.
It is SO TRUE that you get what you pay for! I filled out the form on line and within a short time I was called and arrangements were made. They would pick up the car Wednesday and I would have it by the following Monday. We were totally pleased by the fast trip and then more surprised to find out it would be here in just two days on Friday! I had anticipated it woul dbe a couple of weeks...of worrying.
The driver called along the way and let us know where he was and we could call him any time to see how things were going. He was just a sweet heart. His truck was beautiful and new and so was the trailer.
The whole venture was just a super pleasant experience and I would use them again in a heart beat.
The word needs to get out that this company exists because I had almost chose another company but found this one with a stroke of luck.
Dee and Amy are just wonderful people and don't make you feel rushed on the phone even though it is their dime. They are very personable and make you feel like you have known them forever.
Although they are a broker, it is worth it to have everything be so organized, insured and all.
